Conceived by renowned Montreal architects Gilles Saucier and Andre Perrotte, River City Phase 1 is a darkly beautiful structure with a modern sensibility, and a nod to the industrial nature of the area’s past. It combines bold forms and playful angles, dark panels and transparent glass, and raw materials and soft landscaping, all in ways that reflect River City’s unique surroundings.
Phase 1 is made up of two buildings, each with soaring lobbies and high-design amenities.
